Getting Started with Payments

From card transactions to using your product catalogue, the iK Flyer gives you all the tools you need to manage sales with ease.

How do I take card payments on the iK Flyer?

Answer: To take card payments on the iK Flyer, enter an amount, add it to Cart and proceed to Charge. You will have the option to select between multiple payment methods, select "Card" to take a card payment and print a customer receipt, it's that easy.

How can I use the products I created on the Dashboard on my iK Flyer?

Answer: Your Dashboard Catalogue is now available on your Flyer. If you have the latest version of the iKhokha App on your iK Flyer, your Catalogue will automatically be available to start taking payments.

What if I use my own POS software?

Answer: The iK Flyer brings your Product Catalogue to your card machine to keep track of all the products you sell in store. If you already have a different POS system, you can hide the Catalogue for fast transactions.

What other features are available to me when taking payments on the iK Flyer

Answer: The latest iKhokha App brings a host of new features and functionality to help you sell on the iK Flyer.

• Use the Keypad like a calculator and ensure your transactions are error-free

• Receipts that show VAT amount applicable if you are a VAT registered business

• Keep track of sales by adding a reference to the transaction that you can use to recon payments in the Dashboard later

• Add descriptions to amounts that are displayed on the receipts

• Use Categories and Catalogue items to make it easy for staff to take payments and share receipts with customers that show all the products purchased
