With the world moving towards online shopping , iKhokha now provides our Merchants with a view of paid Product & Service Pay Links within the iK Dashboard.
The benefit of the Order Management view is in its simplicity.
Currently it provides a Merchant with all the purchase information from Product & Service Pay Link orders that have been paid.
This is especially helpful where Customers, who have specified their personal information as part of their purchase and have the expectation of delivery for their purchase.
Features of the Order Management view
- Fulfillment (delivery readiness) status's
A selection of 4 status options that can be selected which enables the Order to be shifting between status's so that it best reflects if work is still required to ensure your Customer's expectations are being met.

Should you need to add information to any particular order, then this section within an order provides a place to track all related correspondence over time. Great for keeping an accurate time-based log of activity related to an order, or even to log the parcel tracking number for an order that is being shipped using a courier service.
- Search & Filters
A powerful view that provides the option to review orders quickly and easily over time, with the option to filter and search using a date range filter, or filter by status, or search by "Order ID", "Customer Name" or even by the amount of the basket for which the purchase was originally made.
- Export to Excel
Many times you want to provide a report to someone about performance over time. With the export-to-excel functionality it is easy to build a report that will provide the insights that can be shared with other people.
