Step 3: Give your store it's own unique domain name:
NOTE: Once you have saved this name, it can't be changed so choose wisely!
Step 4: Select the products & services from your Catalogue that you want to showcase in your webstore, alternatively add them now before proceeding to the next step.
NOTE: You can upload more than 1 image (maximum 3) per product or service for your customers to view. Don't forget a description!
Step 5: Customise the look-and-feel of your webstore. Clicking through the setup wizard will ensure you get to indicate to your customers the information you want them to know about your online business.
NOTE: Every successful online webstore depends on how you manage your customer's expectations once a purchase has been made. Consider using your WhatsApp number to allow customers to make contact with you once they have paid for a transaction should they want to follow up with you on the status of their purchase.
Step 6: Configure your Webstore policies:
It is important for your Customers to know that their personal information will be protected, (Privacy Policy) along with knowing how to contact you in case of them feeling you have abused their right to personal information privacy (PAIA manual), along with your "Returns" and "Delivery" policies.
NOTE: These policies have been pre-configured for you, and the generally accepted terms made to read to be as fair as possible for both Merchants and Customers. Please make yourself aware of the details of each of these policies before you publish your Webstore.
Step 7: You are ready to sell online!!
Click through the preview of your webstore and when you are happy, and your profile is in an active status, you can Publish your webstore and start selling!
