Hide the Catalogue from your transaction flow

iKhokha understands that not all businesses are the same and you might not need the Catalogue in your daily transactions. The iKhokha app allow you to hide the Catalogue from the transaction flow to make doing business easier.

Hide the Catalogue

1. Login to the iKhokha app with the username and password you created when signing up  . When entering the app, the default screen will be the Keypad with a Catalogue tab to the right 
2. Select the “More” option in the bottom right corner of the screen 
3. Select the cog icon in the top right corner to open Settings 
4. In Settings find the option called “Setup catalogue for checkout” and slide the switch to the OFF position. The switch will be grey when OFF 
5. Press the back button to close Settings 
6. Press the back button again to return to the Keypad. The Catalogue tab will now be hidden 

Skip the cart

When the Catalogue is OFF, you can process transactions lightning fast by skipping the cart and moving straight to selecting the payment option of choice 

1. Enter the amount you wish to charge  
   1. The amount is displayed above the keypad  
   2. If you made a mistake, you can use the clear button to start over  
2. When you have entered the total amount, press the "Add to cart” button at the bottom of the screen to proceed  
3. The “Add to cart” button will not be tap-able if no amount is entered  
4. A message will show that you have successfully added an amount to the cart  
5. Once an amount is added to the cart, a “Charge” button will show, showing the total amount added to cart in the button. Select the “Change” button if you are ready to take payment 
6. Select a payment of choice to take payment 
7. Share a receipt with your customer via email, sms (where available) or printed copy (where available)
