What do you need before starting your Webstore?

Check the list below to ensure you have thought about all the aspects of your online store before building it.

1. Have you chosen a name for your online business? This name will be included in the URL that your customers will use to access your store.
2. Do you have a business logo? Ideal dimension is 200px x 400px

   

3. Do you have a hero image to use as the banner image on your Webstore? Ideal dimension is 1200px x 400px and no bigger than 5MB.
4. Have you created products or services in the iK Catalogue in the iK Dashboard to include in your online store?
   1. Product / Service name
   2. Description
   3. Selling Price
   4. 3 images (maximum) per product
   5. variants (if applicable)
5. Do you have Social media links you want to include?
   1. Instagram
   2. TikTok
   3. Facebook
6. You will need to include your contact details such as WhatsApp number, business email and contact number
7. Are you offering delivery and/or pickup?
   1. For pickup, please provide your physical address so customers can easily collect their orders from your location.
   2. For delivery, consider what you will be charging? (iKhokha currently provides for a flat-rate charge as part of the checkout flow)
