How do you pause your Webstore?

Whether you're doing some quick maintenance, taking a break for the holidays, or waiting on new stock, you can pause your Webstore at any time directly on the iK Dashboard. This will temporarily hide your store and stop customers from placing orders. You can switch it back on at any time when you’re ready to start selling again.

Here’s how to do it:

• Log into your iK Dashboard

• Click “Store” in the side menu

• Select “Webstore”

• On the Webstore management page, find the toggle switch next to your Webstore name

• Switch the toggle off where it says “Publish”
