Your prepaid balance is also where we put your profit every time you sell airtime, prepaid vouchers and other products so you can re-use your profit to buy more products.

Available Balance:
This is the amount of money available for you to buy airtime, prepaid vouchers or other digital products from iKhokha.

Pending Balance:
This is the profit from selling airtime, prepaid vouchers and other digital products in a given month that is due to you and that we will become part of the Available Balance in the first week of the next month.

Balance ID:
This is a unique reference number that you must use when you top-up your prepaid balance with cash at an ABSA ATM, or with an EFT from your bank account.
