A: A multiple payment request is a unique URL that can accept multiple payments with a fixed or price-less amount. This link can be generated and shared by you to your customer to make instant online payments. You can decide when to deactivate the link which will stop further payments to that link.

- You configure, generate and share a link with your customers.
- Your customers then receive the link.
- Your customers click on it and are directed to a secure payment page.
- Once the payment is made, you will see a successful transaction in your Sales History.

A: No, the customer will be directed to the iKhokha payment method selection page to proceed with making payment, irrespective of the platform or device in use.
