What does uncategorised mean?
Merchants who have created product items in their Android App (5 or more items) will find their items in a category called "uncategorised" when launching the new Android App.
Early in March 2025, iKhokha launched a new Android App that includes the option to sync product and service catalogue items captured in the iK Dashboard to the payment screen in the checkout.
If you previously captured products in your Android device (Android App, iK Flyer or iK Flyer Lite) then these would have been migrated into the iK Dashboard for you and put into a category which is named "uncategorised". See the screenshots below to help you navigate to where these product line items are located. If you have other categories of line items already captured at the iK Dashboard level, these categories will appear in the Android screens in alphabetical order, and you can swipe to the left to find the category "uncategorised".
