Before proceeding, confirm if your local municipality's prepaid services are operational. Some municipalities experience periodic downtime, which can prevent voucher purchases.

2. Verify If Your Municipality is Supported

Not all municipalities are supported for prepaid utilities purchases. You can check if your municipality is listed by visiting our Bill Payment Partners page here:

If your municipality is not listed, it means we currently do not support transactions for that provider.

3. Contact Our Call Center for Assistance

If your municipality is supported and your transaction is still failing, reach out to our call center for further assistance. Please have the following details ready when contacting us:

  • Meter Number

  • Municipality Name

  • Any Error Message Received
