Troubleshooting Guide for Our Poster Point of Sale System

Retrieving Forgotten Login Details: If you've forgotten your login details for the POS system, navigate to the Access section and click on "Tablets." Here, you will find your login information.

Printer Connection Issues: If your printer is visible in the devices list but isn't printing or is taking a long time, check your WiFi network if you are using a tablet as your POS system. Heavy network traffic can interfere with data transmission between the tablet and the printer.

Poster App Not Opening: If your Poster app displays a white or grey screen, it indicates an issue with your internet connection. Ensure that your device is connected to the internet to access the online server and authorize your login.

Admin Password Retrieval: When the app requests an "Admin password," you can find this in your management console under "Settings/Security." Note that you can change this password whenever necessary.

Incorrect Language Display: If your poster shows an unusual language, enter "0000" to access the order screen, click on the functions window, and select "Sign out." You will be directed to the login screen where you can re-enter your username and password to log in.
Forgotten Management Console Login Details: If you've forgotten your login details for the management console, open a new tab in Google Chrome and enter "https://accountname.joinposter.com/manage/login" in the address bar. Click on "Forgot Password," enter your account email address, and select "Reset Password."

PIN Code Request: When the system asks for a PIN code, it refers to the 4-digit staff PIN code found in your management console under "Access/Employees." The default code for the owner is "0000."
