It’s not cool when your connection cuts out. We know. Here’s how you can troubleshoot your iKhokha card machine’s connection.
If your Shaker Solo is acting up, it may just be a network connection problem. Luckily, you can identify these issues quickly using our network error displays.
How will I know if my network is down?
If it’s down: Your network icon will display as red to let you know.
If it’s good to go: Your transactions will continue as normal.
