Send or Print a Receipt with the Shaker Duo

With the Shaker Duo, you can print a physical receipt for a customer after every transaction. Alternatively, you can “save the trees” and send a digital copy of the purchase to a customer via email or SMS.

Whichever you choose, after every successful transaction you will be prompted to select your receipt delivery method. Here’s what you need to do next:

How to complete a transaction:

  • On the successful transaction screen, you will see the options to EmailSMSPrint or Skip 
  • If you select Print, the receipt will print automatically.
  • The Shaker Duo will print two copies of a receipt: a merchant copy and a customer copy. 

QUICK NOTE: Don't need a receipt? No problem. You can also choose to Skip if you don't need a receipt for the transaction. 

 

Sometimes you may need to reprint a receipt from a previous transaction. Here's how you can reprint a receipt using the iKhokha app. 

To reprint a receipt:

Android

  • Tap the My Business icon
  • Tap on Sales Analytics
  • Tap History
  • Tap the transaction you wish to reprint
  • Tap on Send Receipt
  • Tap Print

iOS

  • Tap the menu on the top left of the screen
  • Tap History
  • Tap the transaction you wish to reprint
  • Tap on Send Receipt
  • Tap Print
