Navigate the Catalogue to find products

Assist your customers with quick checkout using the Catalogue. Not only can you preload the products you sell in your business, ready for a speedy checkout, you can also supply your customers with a receipt detailing products sold.

Using the Catalogue tab

The iKhokha app gives you the ability to process transactions quickly using the Catalogue tab. Any products sold per transaction will listed in transaction and in the downloadable excel reports. 

When entering the app, the default screen will be the Keypad 

1. Select the “Catalogue” tab on the top right of the screen (see fig. 1 below)
2. The Catalogue view allows you multiple ways to find items 
3. Scroll through the items listed alphabetically (Select “View all items” to only see a list of items (see fig. 2 below)
4. Find items by the category they are listed under (Select “View all categories” to see the full list of categories available) (see fig. 2 below)
5. Type the first few letters in the search box to narrow down the list of items you want to see (see fig. 2 below)
6. When you find the item you would like to add to the cart, select it by tapping on the item in the list (see
7. You will see a notification indicating that the item was added to the cart and the cart icon on the top right of the screen will turn green, indicating that you have successfully added an item to the cart (see fig. 3 below)
