Manage your iKhokha profile
Complete, view and manage your profile via the iKhokha dashboard
Complete your profile
To finish setting up your profile:
- Login to the iK Dashboard with the email and password you used to create your profile.
- Once you login, you'll see a pop-up asking you to complete your profile.
- Click the "Complete Now" button to pick up where you left off and add any remaining details.
View and manage your profile
To access your profile:
- Login to the iK Dashboard with the email and password you used to create your profile.
- Once you login, navigate to "Manage my profile" using the top menu (mobile) or left-hand menu (desktop) to view your profile information.
Please Note: Currently you cannot update your details under the 'Manage my profile' page. To update your information, please contact our Support Team at 087 222 7000 or email onboarding@ikhokha.com.
Non business owner & non SA citizen
While you were creating your profile, if you selected that you are:
- Not the business owner
- Non SA citizen
- Under the age of 18
You will not be able to complete your profile when you login. Instead, a different message will be presented to you with next steps for you to follow.
