How to Get Your Card Machine Linked to Your Profile

After your profile has been created let’s connect your card machine to your profile.

How to link your card machine to your profile?

Quick guide: Email a photo of your card machine serial number and SIM card (if you purchased one) to link@ikhokha.com. Use the same email address you created your profile with so that we can easily know which profile to add it to.


If you have an iKhokha card machine it needs to be linked to your profile. This is so that we know this is your card machine and any payments you process using this device can be paid into your bank account, which you provided when setting up your profile.

To link your card machine to your profile, please send a photo of the card machine serial number to link@ikhokha.com using the same email address you used when creating your profile.

The card machine serial number can be found on the back of your card machine.

Please note: If you purchased a SIM card, please also email through a photo of the SIM card. Please use the same email address you created your profile with.
