How to activate your iK Debit Card
Getting started with your iK Debit Card is simple. Just follow these steps to activate your card and you’ll be ready to go.
If you’re new to TymeBank and have just opened up your EveryDay account, here’s everything you’ll need to know to get up and running.
Once you’ve received your iK Debit Card and opened up a TymeBank EveryDay account, you’ll need to link it in the TymeBank app.
Follow these steps:
- Log into the TymeBank app.
- Click on the menu icon on the top left of the screen.
- Click on “Cards”.
- Click “Link new card”.
- Click “Start scan” and scan the barcode at the back of your new iKhokha Debit Card.
- You will now receive an OTP for verification.
- Once you’ve entered your OTP, you’ll need to set a PIN for the card.
- Once your PIN is set, your card will be ready for use!
If you already have a TymeBank account and bank card and would like to use your new iK Debit Card instead, here’s everything you’ll need to know to get up and running.
- Log into the TymeBank app.
- Click on the menu icon on the top left of the screen.
- Click on “Cards”.
- Cancel your existing card.
- Select “Damaged” as the reason for cancelling.
- Click “Link new card”.
- Click “Start scan” and scan the barcode at the back of your new iKhokha Debit Card.
- You will now receive an OTP for verification.
- Once you’ve entered your OTP, you’ll need to set a PIN for the card.
- Once your PIN is set, your card will be ready for use!
