GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A Holly Top Up Voucher (“TUV”) is a PIN-based voucher that provides a quick and convenient mechanism for Hollywoodbets clients to deposit into their online accounts.
2. TUVs are available at Hollywoodbets branches nationwide as well as at various Retailers which can be found by using the TUV Store Locator found at the following link:

1. TUVs are available in a variety of denominations, namely R10, R20, R50, R100, R500, R1000 and R5000.
2. In order to redeem a TUV into an online account, the following procedure will need to be performed:
   1. Log in to your Hollywoodbets account via the internet or mobisite.
   2. Click on the green "Top up" button on the home page.
   3. Enter the voucher pin in the field before clicking submit.
   4. The face value of the TUV deposited will be added to the Balance on the account (i.e. the face value of the TUV is essentially exchanged for credit of that same value on the Hollywoodbets account).
3. Once purchased, a TUV cannot be returned or refunded. TUVs also cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash and are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
4. TUVs can only be redeemed into FICA compliant Hollywoodbets accounts.
5. The purchase and subsequent deposit/redemption of a TUV into an online account does not equate to consideration in respect of a supply of goods or services by Hollywoodbets and similarly does not constitute the taking of a bet.
