      Getting the most out of your iK Flyer Dual SIM functionality

      The iK Flyer comes with a Dual SIM option. Follow the steps below to get the most out of your two network options

      Your iK Flyer is set to transact on one of the two networks available on the two SIM cards by default. If this network is not the best suited for your area or is currently experiencing issues due to load shedding or power issues, you can switch to the other network for a smoother transaction experience.

      Configuring Dual SIM cards and setting your preferred network

      Step-by-step instructions

      1. Log into the iKhokha App

      2. Select the 3 dots on the top-right hand corner on the App

      3. Select Network settings

      4. Select Manage SIM Settings Settings under the ‘SIM Networks’ section

      5. Under the “Preferred SIM for” section, select “Cellular Data”

      6. Select the preferred network from the list

      Make sure that both SIM cards are toggled on and that the switches are orange and not grey
