How to onboard from your iK Flyer

Congratulations on your brand new iK Flyer! Let’s get you set up and accepting payments as soon as possible.

Before you can start using your new card machine, you need to create an iKhokha profile and answer a few questions about your business. These steps are in place to protect your business and make sure your money goes to the right bank account.

If you already have an iKhokha profile and have been approved to accept payments, getting started is as easy 1, 2, 3:

  1. Charge your card machine and press the power button to switch it on.
  2. Open the iKhokha app on your iK Flyer.
  3. Log into your profile.

That’s it! Try a small transaction (of at least R2.00) to test it out.

If you don’t have an iKhokha profile set up yet, no worries! Creating one is quick and easy:

  1. Charge your card machine and press the power button to switch it on.
  2. Open the iKhokha app on your iK Flyer.
  3. Click the ‘Sign up’ button.
  4. Enter your email, cell phone number and create a password before clicking ‘Create Profile’.
  5. Now that your profile has been created, use your phone to scan the QR code or open the link in your email, then log in and complete the details to start accepting payments.

Once you’ve completed the required steps, you’ll receive an email letting you know that you’re approved to accept payments.

Head back to your card machine, log in and you’re all set to go!
