How to get your card machine linked to your profile

Automatic card machine linking

Linking your card machine helps us confirm that it belongs to you and makes sure your payouts are sent to the right bank account. There is an automatic linking process that occurs when you log into your new iKhokha card machine – all you have to do is make sure you’re signed into your iKhokha profile on your card machine.


To do this, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Switch on your card machine.

Step 2: Open the iKhokha app.

Step 3: Log in using the same email address and password you used for your iKhokha profile.

That’s it! Your device will automatically submit a request to link to your iKhokha profile to the card machine in use.


Manual card machine linking

If your card machine does not automatically link to your profile, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Make sure you’re logged into your iKhokha profile on your card machine.

Step 2: Click “More” in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Step 3: Click the settings button in the top right corner of your screen.

If the “Link this card machine” button is disabled, please contact support.
