I am already an existing TymeBank cardholder, can I get an iK Debit Card? 

 

Yes, but only if you’re an iKhokha merchant. Once you have your new iK Debit Card, it’s important to note that it will replace your existing TymeBank debit card. That means that once you have linked the new card, your existing TymeBank card will stop working. Your transaction and statement history will stay the same, and you will still get statements. 

 

I have opened the TymeBank account and have linked the account, will I receive my iKhokha settlement into the account automatically going forward? 

 

To start receiving payouts into your Tyme Bank Account you’ll need to let us know you’d like to change account details. For your security, we can’t do it automatically but the we are on standby to help.
