Understanding the card transaction error codes on your card machine

Below is a list of error codes that may pop up on your iKhokha card machine should your transaction fail. You can use these to easily identify a problem, fix it quickly and get on with the day-to-day running of your business.

QUICK NOTE: Timeouts do not have an error code. When a transaction times out, your iKhokha device will read "timed out".
