Updating your iKhokha bank details

Follow these straightforward steps to update your bank details and keep your account information up to date and your payouts uninterrupted.

To unlock the benefits of your iK Debit Card, you need to make sure we have your new banking details on record. This will ensure that your payouts are sent straight into your new Tyme Bank Everyday account, which you’ll be able to access much sooner. 

 

This is what we need to update your bank details: 

 

  1. Your proof of banking account (you can download this off the Tyme Bank app).  
  2. Your completed change of banking details declaration form.

Simply email your documents to support@ikhokha.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
