Setting Up the Shaker Duo
The iK Shaker Duo is a legacy device and is no longer sold. The steps below are for merchants who already own one. If you need a current device, look at the iK Flyer Lite. The iK Flyer and iK Tap on Phone are also available.
First things first, make sure that the correct Free iKhokha app is installed on your Android or iOS smartphone or tablet.
If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can do so by clicking on the links below:
Step 1: Make sure your Shaker Duo is charged and switched on.
Step 2: Download the iKhokha app from the relevant app store using your smartphone.
Step 3: Once the iKhokha app has installed, head to your Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and turn on your Bluetooth.
Step 4: Select your Shaker Duo (“PP” followed by your serial number) under available devices. You’ll find your serial number on the back of your device.
Step 5: Confirm the passkey and select "okay/pair".
Step 6: Once you’ve successfully paired to your Shaker Duo, open the iKhokha app and sign in with the email address and password you used when completing your iKhokha application.
