Will I be notified of low stock while using the stock management feature?

Answer: We currently don't have this functionality.

What happens when my stock level reaches "zero"?

Answer: Stock can continue into negative values for now. This is to keep the checkout process friction-free where stock reaches zero before a manager updates their inventory. A future release will allow merchants to choose whether sales stop when stock reaches zero.

How do I restrict who can edit the stock level?

Answer: You can have sub-users who have assigned access to edit stock levels and sub-users who has have view-only access.

What does it mean when the stock level is in a minus?

Answer: It means that more stock has been purchased that is currently available.

Can I export a stock report?

Answer: Yes you can export a stock report to excel. Click on 'export' which is located on the landing page of your Stock Management.

Can I bulk update stock levels?

Answer: No, only individual stock levels can be updated.
