How to top-up your prepaid balance
It's important to note that in order to successfully top up your Prepaid Balance via EFT or Absa ATM, you need to add your Wallet ID as your reference. In order to get your Wallet ID follow the steps below:
Prepaid Balance Top-up
On the prepaid menu select "Prepaid Balance"
This will lead you to the Prepaid Balance screen which will contain the following
Available Balance - This is how much you currently have available to purchase prepaid products
Wallet ID - This is your unique Wallet ID that you use as your reference in order to successfully top up your balance when doing EFT or at the ATM
Pending Profit - This is the profit amount accumulated from selling prepaid that is due to you and will get settled in the first week of the following month
Top Up button - select this button for more details on the available top-up options and account details that you will use when topping up your prepaid balance.
NB: The Wallet ID shown below is for educational purposes. Please check your device to get your unique Wallet ID.

Top-up from Sales (Using Your iKhokha Sales Balance)
You can also top up your Prepaid Balance using funds from your iKhokha Sales balance. This is a free and convenient option that helps you keep trading without needing to make a bank deposit.
How it works
When you top up from Sales, the amount is taken from your available Sales balance and added to your Prepaid Balance during the next payout cycle.
Top-up from Sales (Processed the next day at 8am)
You can top up your Prepaid Balance using funds from your iKhokha Sales balance. This option is free and helps you keep trading without needing to make a bank deposit.
⏰ Important: Top-ups from Sales are processed the next day at 8am, provided you have enough available Sales funds.
How to top up from Sales
- Open your iKhokha App
- Select iK Prepaid
- Select Prepaid Balance
- Tap Top-up
- Choose Top up from sales
- Enter the amount you want to reserve for top-up
- Tap Reserve for top up
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email address
- Tap Verify
You will see a confirmation message showing that your top-up has been requested.

What happens next
- Your top-up will be processed the next day at 8am
- The amount will be taken from your available Sales funds
- The funds will then be added to your Prepaid Balance
- You will receive a confirmation email once the top-up has been completed
- Only completed fund movements will be shown in your balance and statements
Important things to know
- Top-ups from Sales are not instant
- If your available Sales funds are less than the requested amount, a partial top-up may be processed
- If no Sales funds are available, the top-up will not be processed
- This top-up method is free, with no fees
- You can cancel a pending top-up before it is processed
Top-up with Cash at an Absa ATM
Please note: Not all Absa ATMs accept cash deposits. You can usually find out which ATMs accept cash deposits on the ATM screen or above the ATM like in the picture above.

Deposit the cash into iKhokha's bank account, using your iKhokha Prepaid Balance ID as the Transaction Reference.
You can find your iKhokha Prepaid Balance ID by opening your iKhokha App and selecting "iK Prepaid" then "Prepaid Balance" then "Top-up".

Top-up with EFT from your bank account
With EFT from your bank account(reflects within 2 business days)
Log into your online banking.
Make an EFT to iKhokha's Absa bank account, using your iKhokha Prepaid Balance ID as the Transaction Reference.
You can find your iKhokha Prepaid Balance ID by opening your iKhokha App and selecting "iK Prepaid" then "Prepaid Balance" then "Top-up".
