Prepaid Balance Top-Up from Sales
You can now use money from your daily iKhokha card sales to top up your Prepaid Balance.

This is a once-off top-up only.
How to top up
- Open Prepaid, then Prepaid Balance
- Tap Top up
- Select Top up from sales
- Enter the amount you want to add to your balance
- Confirm using the OTP sent to your registered email


OTP verification
- An OTP will be sent to the email address linked to your iKhokha account
- The screen will show the email the OTP was sent to.
- If you no longer have access to that email, please contact email support@ikhokha.com or call 087 222 7000 to update your details
- You can request a new OTP by selecting Resend OTP
When will the funds be available
- At 8 am the next day on weekdays. (Top-ups requested on a Saturday will only be processed on Monday morning)
- Once complete, your Prepaid Balance will update automatically.
- You will receive a notification email confirming the top-up.
Important: The final top-up amount depends on how much money is available after the daily settlement mark-off.
If your sales are lower than the requested top-up amount, we will only top up the amount that is available from that day’s card sales.
There are no fees and no extra charges. The full available amount is added to your balance.
Weekend and public holiday delays
If a top-up request is submitted over a weekend or public holiday, the funds will only be settled on the next working day. This may result in up to a two-day delay.
Can I cancel a top-up?
Yes. If the top-up has not yet been completed, you can cancel it.
- Go to the Pending top-up message
- Select Cancel

- Only unsettled card sales can be used
- This top-up method is free
- Processing times depend on the bank settlement cycle
- Your Prepaid Balance can be used to buy Airtime, Data, Gaming vouchers, and more
