About SIM Cards for Your Card Machine
Your card machine uses SIM cards to connect to the network so you can take payments anywhere. All card machines come with SIM cards unless you chose not to include one when you bought the device.
How it works
• Your machine includes both MTN and Vodacom SIM cards. This helps you stay connected in most areas.
• The SIM has unlimited data, so you’re always connected to accept payments.
• The SIM service costs R75 per month and is billed month to month.
Can I use my own SIM card?
Yes. You can use your own SIM card or remove the SIM cards in the device to only use WiFi. However, we do not recommend this because it may cause poor connection and failed payments.
Cancelling the SIM service
You can cancel the SIM service at any time. There are no contracts or extra fees.
