Changing Your Trading Address with iKhokha
If your business has moved to a new trading address, you need to update your iKhokha profile to stay compliant.
What you need to do
Send your request, with one of the following proof-of-address documents to support@ikhokha.com:
- Municipal bill showing the new address
- Bank statement with the new address visible
- Lease agreement
Important: If your account is registered under a business name, your document must show the business registration number, business name, and new address.
What happens next
• Our Customer Services team will review your request and supporting document.
• If everything is correct, you will receive a confirmation email.If there are any issues, a support agent will contact you to assist.
