Changing Your Business Name or Structure with iKhokha
If you are an existing iKhokha merchant and your business has changed its name, structure or entity, you will need to register your new entity with iKhokha to stay compliant.
What you need
• A completed Change of Entity Form, signed by at least one known director of the business.
• A completed Change of Banking Details Form (if your banking details have changed).
Important: Should you have an active Cash Advance on your current iKhokha profile you will not be able to proceed with a change of entity or machine transfer.
How to complete the process

- Click here to download the Change of Banking Details form (if required).
- Email the completed form(s) to support@ikhokha.com.
- Once the support team has reviewed and approved your request, you will receive an email asking you to create a new iKhokha profile.
- Please ensure to follow the link in the email.
- After you submit your new application, the Onboarding Support team will help you complete the verification process and get you up and running as soon as possible.
Linking your existing card machine to the new business
If both your old and new business profiles are active and approved, we can simply link your current card machine(s) to the new business.
