Splitting Your iKhokha Profile

If you have multiple card machines and want to move any to a different store, or link them to a separate bank account (for another store or business), you can create a second profile while keeping everything under the same owner or entity.

How to split your profile

  1. Click here to download the Split Profile form.
  2. Complete it and email it to support@ikhokha.com.
  3. A Customer Services agent will review and approve your request.
  4. Once approved, you will receive an email at your new email address with a link to create your additional profile.

Important: Should you have an active Cash Advance on your iKhokha profile you will not be able to proceed with a split profile.
