Splitting Your iKhokha Profile
If you have multiple card machines and want to move any to a different store, or link them to a separate bank account (for another store or business), you can create a second profile while keeping everything under the same owner or entity.
How to split your profile
- Click here to download the Split Profile form.
- Complete it and email it to support@ikhokha.com.
- A Customer Services agent will review and approve your request.
- Once approved, you will receive an email at your new email address with a link to create your additional profile.
Important: Should you have an active Cash Advance on your iKhokha profile you will not be able to proceed with a split profile.
