Changing Ownership of Your Card Machine

If you are an iKhokha merchant and want to give your card machine(s) to another business owner, you can transfer ownership.

How to transfer ownership:

1. Click here to download the Change of Ownership form.
2. Complete it and email the completed form to support@ikhokha.com.
3. Once your request is checked and approved, the new card machine owner will receive an email to create a new iKhokha profile. This profile will then be linked to the card machine(s).

The new owner will be unable to accept payments on the card machine(s) until this process is complete. 

Important: Should you have an active Cash Advance on your iKhokha profile you will not be able to proceed with a change of ownership.
