How to bulk update Catalogue items
You can bulk edit both products and services in your Catalogue. Multi-select the items you want, then duplicate them, convert them, or delete them in one go.
Follow the steps below to bulk update Catalogue items in iK Dashboard.
Step 1: Once in the Catalogue view, tick the checkbox next to each item you want to update, or use the checkbox at the top of the column to select everything in the list.
Step 2: Once multiple items have been selected, a menu will appear confirming the count of items selected with an action items menu.
Step 3: Choose the action you want to perform. Select "Update category" to move the selected items into a different category, or "More actions" to duplicate them, convert them (products to services, or services to products), or delete them.
When making bulk updates to products, if a variant option has been specified, this will be lost. In the case of converting a service to a product, the duration field will be lost.
