Troubleshooting: Voucher Did Not Print

If your Airtime, Electricity, or Gaming voucher did not print after purchase, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Possible Reasons for Voucher Not Printing

  1. Printer ran out of paper – Ensure that there is paper loaded in your receipt printer.

  2. Print job failed – A temporary issue may have prevented the receipt from printing.

  3. App or device issue – Restart the iKhokha app and try printing again.

How to Reprint Your Voucher

You can still access your voucher in the Sales History section of the app:

  1. Open the iKhokha app and navigate to Sales History.

  2. Find the transaction for the missing voucher.

  3. Select Receipt Options and choose Resend or Print Receipt.

What to Do If the Voucher PIN is Missing

If the voucher PIN is not available in your Sales History, please contact our call center for further assistance. Our team will investigate the issue and help you retrieve your voucher.
