Receipts are a great way of providing someone with proof of a transaction. The Shaker gives you the option to email or SMS the digital copy of a transaction or print a receipt for your customer.

After every successful transaction, you will be prompted to select your receipt delivery method.


How to complete a transaction:

  • On the successful transaction screen, you will see the options to: Email, SMS, Print or Skip receipt
  • If you select Print, the receipt will automatically be printed


The Shaker will print two copies of a receipt: a merchant and a customer copy. The merchant copy will, however, be optional to print.


To reprint a receipt:

Android

  • Tap the My Business icon
  • Tap on Sales Analytics
  • Tap History
  • Tap the transaction you wish to reprint
  • Tap on Send Receipt
  • Tap Print


iOS

  • Tap the menu on the top left of the screen
  • Tap History
  • Tap the transaction you wish to reprint
  • Tap on Send Receipt
  • Tap Print
