Setting up the Mover Pro

Now that you’ve unboxed your new card machine, you're ready to set-up your Mover Pro. Don't worry; it's quick and easy.

First, make sure that the correct Free iKhokha app is installed on your Android or iOS smartphone or tablet.

Setting Up & Pairing Your Card Machine 

 

Follow the simple steps below for either iOS or Android users. 

 

Step 1:

Make sure your Mover Pro is charged and switched on.

Step 2:

Download the iKhokha app from the relevant app store using your smartphone.

Step 3:

Once the iKhokha app has installed, head to your Bluetooth settings on your smartphone and turn on your Bluetooth.

 

Step 4:

Select your Mover Pro (“PP” followed by your serial number) under available devices. You’ll find your serial number on the back of your device.

Step 5:

Confirm the passkey and select “okay/pair”.


Step 6:

Once you’ve successfully paired to your Mover Pro, open the iKhokha app and sign in with the email address and password you used when completing your iKhokha application.


Android users

Sign in to the iKhokha app, tap the settings cog on the top right-hand corner of the home screen and select “Mover/Shaker”. The app will then connect to your device via Bluetooth.


Proceed to process transactions, and follow the on-screen prompts on the iKhokha app on your mobile device.
