Printing cash up reports on the iK Flyer

Cash ups on the iK Flyer allows you to print a consolidated list of transactions completed for the last cash up period. You can then compare this list to your transactions loaded on your POS software.

Summary or Full Report

The iK Flyer gives you the option to print either a Summary or a Full Cash Up Report.

A Summary Report will show you the total value of the transactions from your last cash up until the time of printing the report
A Full Report will show you a list of each transaction from your last cash up until the time of printing of the report with a total of all transaction in the list at the time of printing

X and Y Cash Up Reports

What is an X Report?

Answer: X report is a current report when you want to monitor sales.

If you select not to End the day when printing either a Summary or Full Report, you will generate an X report

Please note

When you continue to transact after generating an X report, the next time you select to print a report you will see the same transactions as before with the latest transactions appended to the list. This will continue until you end the day

What is a Z Report?

Answer: A "Z" report is an end of day report and should be done each day

If you End the day when printing either a Summary or Full Report, you will generate a Z report

Please note

When you continue to transact after generating a Z report, the next time you select to print a report you will only see the latest transaction. Any transactions prior to you ending the day will be part of your previous report.
